We wanted to figure out where our tank was before building, so we called Boswell & son as they were the ones who put in the tank. Blake answered my call and was extremely kind and helpful on the phone, and offered to come by to show me where the tank was.

Not only did Blake take the time out of his day to come by, but he had already flagged everything off for me by the time he called to share he was at my home. He showed me pictures of what the tank looked like on his phone, and even explained how everything worked. He didn't have to do any of this, but he went above and beyond to make sure I knew where everything was.

10/10 we would recommend Boswell & Son Septic, and we will definately be using them in the future for our all septic tank needs.

Our septic system light and alarm started going off on a Sunday afternoon. I called Boswell & Son on Monday and Tuesday morning they were out pumping the tank and inspecting everything. Initially they thought I would need a new pump, floats, and fuses. Blake came out and inspected it and discovered I needed a new panel box and wiring. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was needed. He answered questions for me, and said they would be out as soon as possible, but that it was okay to do laundry and wash dishes, etc. They came out on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had us up and running. The pricing was incredibly reasonable, and they did excellent work. I will not use anyone else for any septic issues from now on. They have my business!

My septic tank had been pumped in June 2022. A few days ago, water and sewer started backing up into my sinks and tubs. The toilets would not flush. Daniel and Aaron came this morning and my septic tank was fine and did not need pumping again. They informed me I most likely had a clog somewhere under my home in the drainage pipe and would need to call a plumber since the septic tank is not the issue. Daniel then said he wanted to hook up the vacuum on their truck to the drainage pipe to see if he could vacuum the clog out. It worked and water and sewer started flowing into the tank from my tubs and sinks!!! These men went above and beyond this morning to help me. I’m going thru some bad things right now. They have no idea how much them providing such great customer care has helped me. I know God used them as angels this morning. Thank you!!
