Our septic system light and alarm started going off on a Sunday afternoon. I called Boswell & Son on Monday and Tuesday morning they were out pumping the tank and inspecting everything. Initially they thought I would need a new pump, floats, and fuses. Blake came out and inspected it and discovered I needed a new panel box and wiring. He took the time to explain everything to me and showed me what was needed. He answered questions for me, and said they would be out as soon as possible, but that it was okay to do laundry and wash dishes, etc. They came out on the Monday before Thanksgiving and had us up and running. My septic tank had been pumped in June 2022. A few days ago, water and sewer started backing up into my sinks and tubs. The toilets would not flush. Daniel and Aaron came this morning and my septic tank was fine and did not need pumping again. They informed me I most likely had a clog somewhere under my home in the drainage pipe and would need to call a plumber since the septic tank is not the issue. Daniel then said he wanted to hook up the vacuum on their truck to the drainage pipe to see if he could vacuum the clog out. It worked and water and sewer started flowing into the tank from my tubs and sinks!!! These men went above and beyond this morning to help me. I’m going thru some bad things right now. They have no idea how much them providing such great customer care has helped me. I know God used them as angels this morning. Thank you!!
