We have been living in our newly built home for almost two years. My husband is wanting to build a shed, and we couldn't find the lid to our septic tank. We wanted to figure out where our tank was before building, so we called Boswell & son as they were the ones who put in the tank. Blake answered my call and was extremely kind and helpful on the phone, and offered to come by to show me where the tank was.
Not only did Blake take the time out of his day to come by, but he had already flagged everything off for me by the time he called to share he was at my home. He showed me pictures of what the tank looked like on his phone, and even explained how everything worked. He didn't have to do any of this, but he went above and beyond to make sure I knew where everything was.
10/10 we would recommend Boswell & Son Septic, and we will definately be using them in the future for our all septic tank needs.
